void DragAndDrop(string src, string dst)

Description
Performs a drag-and-drop operation from src to dst.
The function moves the mouse to the source control, presses and holds the left mouse button, smoothly moves to the destination control, and then releases the button.
Both source and destination are targeted at their center points.
The mouse movement during dragging is intentionally slower than normal clicks for robustness.

Parameters
- src - Identifier of the source UI control where the drag starts.
- dst - Identifier of the destination UI control where the drop is performed.
